Terms of Service

Effective August 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of ARVIS, an AI workspace for organizing work, collaborating, communicating, and connecting third-party services. By using ARVIS, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Connected services

ARVIS can connect to third-party services such as Google Gmail and Google Calendar only after you authorize access. You remain responsible for reviewing actions before they are performed and for complying with each third party’s terms. You may disconnect a service at any time.

AI-generated output and actions

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. Review important output and confirm consequential actions, including messages, calendar events, code, financial decisions, and published material. ARVIS is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use ARVIS to violate law or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access; distribute malware or spam; deceive, harass, or exploit others; interfere with the service; bypass safeguards or usage limits; or submit content you do not have the right to process.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ARVIS the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the features you use. You are responsible for your content and the permissions required to use it.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage limits to protect the service. We aim to keep ARVIS available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

You may stop using ARVIS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, ARVIS is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. ARVIS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the effective date above. Questions can be sent to hi@arvis.space.
